ABOUT
Tierra del Sueño is a gem overlooking a magical ocean break surrounding pristine tropical forests in Northern Nicaragua. This intimate community features just 15 spacious half-acre lots, creating a peaceful, private community. We've preserved 50% of the property as natural, untouched land so that residents can experience the natural beauty and wildlife of the area. There is 24-hour security, and it is just a walk to the beach and great surfing.
OWNER STATEMENT
A love of surfing and adventure brought us to Northern Nicaragua in 2006. We were immediately enchanted by the surf, the beautiful landscape, and the genuine kindness of the locals. We created this community to share the peace, beauty, and connection that Northern Nicaragua possesses with our friends and those who come searching for waves and end up, like us, falling in love. Every home site here was designed to blend sustainability and the natural charm of our tropical surroundings. We welcome you to enjoy the dream, blending with the community and making a positive impact.
